Introduction:

Mutianyu is a section of the Great Wall located in Huairou County, 77 km northeast to the Tiananmen Square. The Mutianyu Great Wall is connected with Jiankou in the west and Lianhuachi in the east, used as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs.

​

With an area of 120sqkm, the Ming Tombs is the largest imperial mausoleum area in the world where the thirteen emperors and their empresses and concubines of the Ming dynasty were buried. On the tour, you will learn about the history and stories of the Ming dynasty, the history, layout, significance of the Ming Tombs, folk believes, Fengshui theory, Beijing outskirts construction and farmer's life.

Schedule:

7:30  pick up at hotel

7:30 ---- 9:00 leave to the Mutianyu Great Wall.

9:00 ----- 11:30 visit the Great Wall.

11:30 ---- 12:30   leave to the Ming Tombs

12:30 ----- 13:30  lunch break.

13:30 ---- 15:00  visit one of the thirteen emperors' tombs, Dingling Museum.

15:00 ---- 16:30  return to the city center.

16:30  get back to hotel.

Payment Method: 

1. Entrance tickets, lunch, show tickets and transportation can be paid by you on the tour. 
2. The guide service fee can be paid to me when the tour is over.
3.  You can pay in Cash. Chinese Yuan is the best.

       You can contact me by email or send me a message on this page. Let me know your name, flight, contact information and your request. I will send you a formal itinerary as the agreement between us. Doposit is not requested. 
      

Cancelation:  If you need to cancel the tour, please advise me 7 days before the tour starts so that I can arrange other jobs in time. 

Reconfirmation: I will contact you for reconfirmation by email and cell phone message 2 days before the tour starts.
